I watched this thing for over an hour and I swear, the Great Blue Heron can stand perfectly still longer than any bird I've ever seen - even when they're not fishing.

while visiting my gradfather's grave i came across my great grand fathers which i can remember cleaning with my grandfather about 30 years ago. So today me and my son went and cleaned this one. this picture is before we started work. A very pleasing day.
