Inspired by a few of my favorite photographers, Joel Tjintjelaar and Meriol Lehmann, both of whom have incredible streams you should check out. My camera is nowhere near capable of doing what they do.

I was inspired by friend Josh to bust out my phone camera again. Check out his stream for some great work.

So despite what might be popular belief around here, I do live in the same world as everyone else (I promise it's not a geometric alternate universe! ;P), and I do like to have fun. My Lake photos may have seemed a bit broody, but it really was an enjoyable day with family and friends.

Being out there reminded me of how important it really is, not only to have fun, but to connect with those you love and share enjoyable, memorable times with them. One of my contacts, Jt, recently experienced a tragic loss that I couldn't even imagine. And out of the many thoughts it's stirred in me, one of the deepest has been the realization of how short our time is with those we love, and how we must cherish every little bit of it we are given.

So I encourage you, spend time with those you love. Cherish them. Stay close to them. And have fun with them until the end.

And if you find the time, I also think it would be cool if you would check out Jt's stream and maybe leave some encouraging words. I dedicate these to he and his family, who I pray are able to find some love and fun together in this hard time. He is an incredible photographer, and I know you will enjoy his stuff.

Have fun :)

You Never Let Go Live Concert

Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death

Your perfect love is casting out fear

And even when I’m caught in the middle of the storms of this life

I won’t turn back

I know You are near

And I will fear no evil

For my God is with me

And if my God is with me

Whom then shall I fear?

Whom then shall I fear?

Chorus:

Oh no, You never let go

Through the calm and through the storm

Oh no, You never let go

In every high and every low

Oh no, You never let go

Lord, You never let go of me

And I can see a light that is coming for the heart that holds on

A glorious light beyond all compare

And there will be an end to these troubles

But until that day comes

We’ll live to know You here on the earth

Chorus:

Yes, I can see a light that is coming for the heart that holds on

And there will be an end to these troubles

But until that day comes

Still I will praise You, still I will praise You

The following link is to Matt Redman, a song off his new Album 'Unbroken Praise' the song title is 'No Longer I' which reflects the Bible verse in the picture. and a true representation of us Born again Christians.

The same power that rose Jesus from the grave, lives in us. The next link is a song by Jeremy Camp 'Same Power'

But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners. Romans 5:8nlt.

Jesus said " I am the way and the truth and the life"John14:6

'For the wages of sin is death, But the FREE GIFT of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord' Romans6:23

'If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, and you will know the truth, AND THE TRUTH WILL SET YOU FREE' John 8:31-32

The cross in the picture represents for me the freedom given to me by accepting this free gift of forgiveness by believing in the resurrected Christ and repenting of my sins -( asking for forgiveness for renegading the God who created us to someone we think we can do without.)

Most people know the song 'Amazing Grace' By John Newton 'My chains are gone, I've been set free,' is an added chorus sung by Chris Tomlin.

I became a Christian just over 5 years ago and was baptised. Baptism is a public representation of the spiritual death, burial and resurrection identifying them with the Lord Jesus Christ.

It symbolises outwardly the Born again Baptism of the believer, which must have already occurred inwardly and spiritually. see more at

Ignorance is indeed bliss.

I miss childhood, because then, I was not aware.
