Almost a year to the day, Cambridge United go back to Wembley in a Blue Square Premier Play-Off. Shame we lost again 2-0 to Torquay United. Still it was a day out!

A colleague gave me a ticket to the Chelsea/Everton match. He has great seats - 5th row lower deck in the West Stand!

The start of the end for Sheffield Wednesday manager and true blue, Gary Megson, as they lose away in the SW again at Exeter City (must stop going and they might win!). Another late goal in a game that they didn't play well in but should never have lost (64% possession) and the first of three narrow defeats (before the great Steel City derby win) that resulted in Mergson's very harsh sacking when they were still third in the table. Both Miguel Angel Llera and Jermaine Johnson had great games.

Sheffield Wednesday supporters just before the start of the away game against Plymouth Argyle, yesterday. An exciting game that was, on current form, predictably to end in defeat in a 3-2 thriller (which I had to sit through with my Argyle supporting father-in-law, though glad I didn't have the long drive back to Sheffield with the other Owls fans)!
