Flyer for a workshop I'm gonna give in July about different creative views on the classical and contemporary art collection in a big new museum here in the docklands of Antwerp, Belgium. I'm gonna have people make fun art zines that will be shown in the museum. Here I am in front of the museum building, as a giant, ready to attack the art collection.
translation: "masterclass at the MAS (name of the new museum ) with jangojim". ( for the record, I didn't choose the word "masterclass". workshop would've been fine by me. I do not consider myself a master. But I think it fits with the art collection, teaching terminology and I admit it sounds kinda cool )

Amelanchier, also known as
shadbush, serviceberry, sarvisberry, juneberry, Saskatoon, shadblow, shadwood, sugarplum, and wild-plum, is a genus of about 20 species of shrubs and small deciduous trees in the Rosaceae (Rose family).

Amelanchier are preferred browse for deer and rabbits, and heavy browsing pressure can suppress natural regeneration.
Caterpillars of Lepidoptera such as Brimstone Moth, Brown-tail, Grey Dagger, Mottled Umber, Rough Prominent, The Satellite, Winter Moth, Limenitis arthemis and other herbivorous insects also have a taste for serviceberry.
Many insects and diseases that attack orchard trees also affect this genus, in particular trunk borers and Gymnosporangium rust. In years when late flowers overlap those of wild roses and brambles, bees may spread bacterial fireblight.
I visited the Jewellery Quarter festival and took part in a free iPhone masterclass. We were challenged on taking pictures with our iPhone and then processing them on our phone. This was the one that I chose to be the best of the day. I have leading lines and symmetry. The person adds interest and I was one of the few participants who added someone in the picture. St Paul's Church is in the background.

DONALD: "Ted, I've had a great time learning how to do jigsaws, and I'd love to do more, but I'll understand if you want to do most of them on your own in future."
TED: "That's OK l'il buddy, I reely henjoyed sharin' a pussel wiv yew, so yer more than welcum to join in in fewchur!
Ma's got a cupple of pussles wot I dun before yew arrived to show the Flickr peepul, so yew can take a rest fer a few days if yew like."
DONALD: "Cool! I'll take the time to get to know everybody here, and maybe look thru' Mom's Flickr friends' photos."
I would like to present one of my latest projects which has been on and off for some time, Thorgir the Forgeworld Venerable Dreadnought painted for my Space Wolves army. Firstly I would like to add that this dreadnought would not have turned out the way it was without the influences of the Dreadnought done by Wiltrichs, the work by Brandon Griffith which I got the dynamic arm ideas from and also the work of Kim Syberg from White Dwarf 185 which I took the idea from the banner that he did for his Wolf Guard Ranulf.
I named him Thorgir after doing some research on Norse and Viking names and I imagined him to be a close friend of Russ and was one of his right hand men. The weapon arms are all magnetized using rare earth magnets so are easily swappable in the event I ever decide to actually play.
The colours were from the Space Wolf tutorial in the new eavy metal masterclass book,, but they also feature in one of the old White Dwarfs.
