The final results of my cooking adventure. - Are you supposed to remove the rind from the prosciutto?? Cos... these bits are icky! (I've never has prosciuto before)

The raw-taste of the prosciotto kinda put me off so I added my brunch portion to my frying pan for a few minutes while cooking the rest of brunch
I'm not sure how to spell his name but I love watching him cook. I try my best but I'll never be up to the standard of this guy.
