The final results of my cooking adventure. - Are you supposed to remove the rind from the prosciutto?? Cos... these bits are icky! (I've never has prosciuto before)

- Butter - waaaayy too much butter in this recipe - I'd probably halve it next time

The raw-taste of the prosciotto kinda put me off so I added my brunch portion to my frying pan for a few minutes while cooking the rest of brunch
