Here's a woodland garden in Mapperley Park ... the first plot of several plots sold for house building in 1904.
Unidentified house built for Leonard Lindley, a lace manufacturer. It is probably "Redcliffe", (variously spelt "Redclyffe" or "Radclyffe") which stood on land between Magdala Road and Redcliffe Road, Mapperley Park, Nottingham. The site is now occupied by an undistinguished 1960s housing development called "Redcliffe Gardens".
