When a county is first loaded a ‘Footprint’ of the raster file subsets are created representing the extents of each raster. Each square is a polygon which can be searched for in a Spatial query. Only the raster files that are needed to cover the visible portions of the map will be loaded.

The graph shows emissions of N20 in Norway from 1985 to 1996 with projections to 2010. N20 can occur naturally or have anthropogenic sources such as fertilizers, combustion and various industrial processes.

This map shows all the major places in the World.
The city of Azrasiri to the south west of the continent. The city of Zeal to the west below the Dryan Pits which are now extinct of life due to unknow reasons.
The Glass wastes is a huge area where the sand has been scorched from a previous war and melted the sand. Over time this area has fractured and great shards protrude across the landscape.
Vannox is an area of alien infestation and terraformation by a force alien and off world to Azran. Vannox nests are frequently sighted in this area of the World.
Great Sand is a vast area that was once under water. To the north of Great sand is the tower and the disturbance.
The Ocean of Mecantis is the last remaining area of water on the planet of Azran. Contains many forms of life swelling there.
The map is still in progress as i think and write and combine new areas into the overall story. There is an area where a spaceport is present and other things...
