A lovely misty day to be in the glen.

Many people believe to be strong you don't experience pain. The truth is the strongest people are those who feel like it, understand it, flow through it and accept it. Then the deep, transforming lessons can begin.

Many birds feed their young by providing partially digested food. The Cormorants are about the strangest. Glad we don’t have to feed our kids this way. 😎

Many years ago, I was lucky enough to to be offered a "fly-out" trip to Kasmere Lake, from Nueltin Lake, in northern Manitoba. These were the days before a lodge was built on the lake and our "accommodation" for the trip was a long abandoned hunter's cabin. There's something special about waking to a wilderness sunrise and knowing that you and your companions are the only people there.

Many thanks to everyone for your views, faves and supportive comments. These are always very much appreciated.

It is very friendly but not necessary to thank for my comments.

Amanita muscaria, commonly known as the fly agaric (pronounced /ˈ or fly Amanita (pronounced , is a poisonous and psychoactive basidiomycete fungus, one of many in the genus Amanita. Native throughout the temperate and boreal regions of the Northern Hemisphere, Amanita muscaria has been unintentionally introduced to many countries in the Southern Hemisphere, generally as a symbiont with pine plantations, and is now a true cosmopolitan species. It associates with various deciduous and coniferous trees. The quintessential toadstool, it is a large white-gilled, white-spotted, usually deep red mushroom, one of the most recognizable and widely encountered in popular culture. Several subspecies, with differing cap colour have been recognised to date, including the brown regalis (considered a separate species), the yellow-orange flavivolata, guessowii, and formosa, and the pinkish persicina. Genetic studies published in 2006 and 2008 show several sharply delineated clades which may represent separate species.

Although generally considered poisonous, deaths are extremely rare, and it has been consumed as a food in parts of Europe, Asia, and North America after parboiling in water. Amanita muscaria is now primarily famed for its hallucinogenic properties, with its main psychoactive constituent being the compound muscimol. It was used as an intoxicant and entheogen by the peoples of Siberia and has a religious significance in these cultures. There has been much speculation on traditional use of this mushroom as an intoxicant in places other than Siberia; however, such traditions are far less well-documented.

Probably one of the most photographed, most tourist packed and most overrated locations in Norway, in my opinion.

We were leaving Lofoten when I took this picture. It was a brilliant sunset and I hadn't yet been able to take that "classic" Lofoten picture. When I saw this view here I just stopped and took some pictures, because OF COURSE I need to have something. I think it turned out very well.

My thoughts about Lofoten, well, it's not ideal for travelers who want to sleep in tents. Do yourself a favor and go there with an RV or something like that. Be prepared to not find any parking places, especially in Henningsvær for example. Reine was also full of people and we only found a free parking spot after six in the evening. Other people were parking along the main road but I wasn't brave like them. I already got stuck once on this trip.

I have to say I prefer southern Norway with its majestic fjords and valleys to Lofoten, but Lofoten definitely has a unique look and so, so many bridges.

With this heat, we rarely go out, so I wanted to go to the lake this morning while the temperature was still bearable and I was happy because the light was beautiful and there weren't many people...

There were a lot of gulls that surprised me.

I hope you will like my photo.

Good start to the week to all of you.

This was a spectacular morning here in the Many Glacier area of Glacier National Park in Montana. I wished I could've been in 20 different spots at once with how the light was just amazing!

I've got too many sins

I've got too many problems

The dawn is filled with dreams

So many dreams

Which one is mine?

One must be right for me

Which dream of all the dreams?

When there's a dream for every star

And there are oh so many stars so many stars

The wind... is filled with songs so many songs

Which one is mine?

One must be right for me

Which song of all the songs?

When there's a song for every star

And there are oh so many stars so many stars

Along... the countless days...

The endless nights that I have searched

So many eyes...

So many hearts...

So many smiles...

Which one to choose?

Which way to go?

How can I tell?

How will I know?

La oscuridad está llena de sueños

Tantos sueños que uno es mío

Uno debe ser el adecuado para mí. ¿Qué sueño de todos los sueños?

Cuando hay un sueño para cada estrella

Y hay tantas estrellas

Tantas estrellas

Que he buscado tantos ojos

Tantos corazones, tantas sonrisas

Cuál elegir, qué camino tomar, cómo puedo decir

Cómo sabré, fuera de, oh Tantas estrellas, tantas estrellas
