The Siebolds were selling mannequins and holding an open house during the engine show. On "normal" days the "dolls" can be seen staring out windows. The Siebolds are supporters of out humane society and foster shelter dogs.

Took some of the shelves down hoping to make a bit more room. Not so much. Now I have to repair the walls. Oh well, nothing too good for my girls.

At the very least, her judgement is impaired: the over-sized hat isn't as hilarious as she seems to think it is.
