Once again Manager Paul split the Wednesfield Girls squad into two teams with the older girls entering the U15's competition & the younger girls entering the U14's.Some in house bickering amongst the older girls which resulted in Kelsey missing the tournament led to a very disappointing display from the team who went out at the group stage.The Under 14's however romped to victory in their event conceding only one goal all tournament with Courtney scoring in every game!!! Mine Hosts Nina and Don were superb managers at Umlani Game Reserve Lodge in South Africa and with Don being an Aeronautical Engineer and with Nina coming from a senior executive position in a multinational company and also being a top draw chef, together they had all bases covered. (especially Nina, dont you think ? :-) ) Sorry Don.
In short they knew what they were doing as managers of a big game tourist operation but at the same time giving individual attention to guests. A BIG effort. (Now (at the time of writing) the Managers of Tanda Tula Lodge close to Umlani)
