I had the pleasure of seeing The Doodle Man commence this work earlier this week and come back today to photograph it.
Old Man (aka Gandalf) a few days ago.
We ran into some domestic horse people on the range and I was telling them his name. They looked at me and then shrugged it off like i was a crazy wild horse photographer. Then I showed them he was on my shirt and they were intrigued and started asking questions.
The Old man with his own clothing line! 😂
When you are that beautiful, why not!
This image was taken with my Canon 24-70mm f/2.8 lens, handheld. I don't usually include people in my landscape images, but my friend was just standing there in the middle of my composition, so what the heck! I rather like it!
I didn't expect to see a Buddhist monk in the observatory in Los Angeles, but as you can see... ;)
Griffith Observatory is an observatory in Los Angeles, California, on the south-facing slope of Mount Hollywood in Griffith Park. It commands a view of the Los Angeles Basin including Downtown Los Angeles to the southeast, Hollywood to the south, and the Pacific Ocean to the southwest. The observatory is a popular tourist attraction with a close view of the Hollywood Sign and an extensive array of space and science-related displays. It is named after its benefactor, Griffith J. Griffith, who presented 1,220 ha of land to the city of Los Angeles for use as a public park and donated funds to build an observatory, exhibit hall, and planetariumthere. Admission has been free since the observatory's opening in 1935, in accordance with the benefactor's will. Griffith's objective was to make astronomy accessible to the public, as opposed to the prevailing idea that observatories should be located on remote mountaintops and restricted to scientists.

Roztacza się z niego widok na panoramę miasta Los Angeles, w tym centrum Los Angeles na południowym wschodzie, Hollywood na południu i Ocean Spokojny na południowym zachodzie. On our trip to Moab, Utah, we went to bed with clear skies and woke to glorious, snow filled streets. This jogger was dressed in red and stood out against the carpet of white snow.
