A stunning night with Maura watching the sun drop through the sky and send shimmering shafts of light dancing on the Outer Hebrides and Neist Point . Mambo Sinuendo is by Ry Cooder and Manuel Galban.
The sea was performing a crazy dance, leaping up the cliffs and filling the air with spray. I sat and watched for an hour or so, just absorbed by the energy and beauty. None of my photos did it justice, but this crazy version gives a feel of what it was like. Mambo Sinuendo is by Ry Cooder and Manuel Galban, and is as good as any for a title.

No microchip, no collar or name tag, thin, light as a feather, pure breed wire-haired dachshund, found by my kids in the mountains three days ago, the same forest they found Manivela (Crank) in 2019. Went to the vet yesterday, and he said his age is perhaps 2 yo, and all the health tests are excellent, made a neutering appointment for July. A sweetie! He is now our nb.19 and still looking for a name.

Latest news about Sparrow - she grew a bit and stronger, and soon, when she will be able to eat alone only, she will be transferred to a bigger aviary, to learn how to fly properly. There is a long way to freedom but she is on the right way, I am so happy!

Storm Corry heeft het water heel hoog opgezweept. De helft van het wandelpad is gedestabiliseerd. De paviljoens zijn blijven staan dankzij veel grondverzetwerk.
