The task was to prepare scene setups for vfx artists at Luxx Studios that can easily be modified to meet final needs. The Hummer was pre-fractured with RayFire and then blown up with particle flow toolbox2 and fumefx. The "Angel of Death" is particle driven with cylindical simple sources with lots of radial and directional force and spinning geometry to simulate rotor turbulence.
This is a collection of MakingOF-Stills that show R&D to final execution i did for a commercial. Many roads have been taken to the final product. I want to show the progression here since this part comes too shot very often.
I'd like to point out that the environment and car are full CG as well in most shots done by the fabulous talent at IXOR3D in Athens, Greece.

Atm. I am (slowly) producing a pamphlet with the essay "The Awful German Language" by Mark Twain as text, with my own lino cuts as illustrations.
My main work at the moment consists in preparing more journals for the craft fair I am going to attend in about a week. But today I take a rest from market preparations, and continue the work on these pamphlets.
I am done with printing the special edition (with hand printed images), today I am preparing the pamphlets for sewing, and have been cutting the cloth for the covers. Now the signatures will rest for a while under weight before I will bind them, and then cut the pages.
Then cutting boards, bevelling them, then glueing boards on to the pamphlets, and finally covering them with cloth, and glueing in endpapers have to be done next.
