In the fall of 2009 I purchased my first DSLR camera with the simple intent to capture good photographs of my previous passion, custom sneakers. This video displays the culmination of a year of sleepless nights studying, reading and playing with my camera. For this shoot I had a full team for the very first time, Diana Taylor from Lillian Taylor Cosmetics for make up, Courtney B. Willis from Babes Styling Studios for hair and stylist, Chriss and DJ as assistants. The clothes were pieces of the latest collection of Philadelphia designer Michael Thomas, and the beautiful model Melinda Elvenes, current Miss Norway was kind enough to travel from NYC to Wilmington Delaware where my studio is located to rock the camera, and that she did. Finally the flawless 1965 Pontiac Boneville was kindly provided by Ed Massey from Yummy Tummy Foods. Though this day was full of obstacles, it resulted in amazing photographs and a dream come true. This is the first step towards tomorrow...

Arguably the most edgy trend of un sleeping, face lace and veils are a must try.

They work well on a large number of sundown events, are great for frat nights, work well at pubs, and of course they’ve been doing the runs on the ramp for years now.

Caution: Do not try this in broad daylight, unless it’s for a play, or cosplay, or your own kinky stuff. Or, you know, if your job somehow makes it cool or something like that.

And do not, I repeat, do not, ever wear them to funerals.

Side note: This form of face wear is primarily of the Goth sub cultures, including Victorian, Juggalo and Visual Kei.

Right, they come in a couple of variants and materials.

Knowing where to begin might take much work if you're new to the makeup world. But don't worry; My Makeup Tips has some basic makeup tips and tricks to help you start your daily routine.

First and foremost, apply sunscreen and prepare your skin to ensure that your makeup lasts all day. Next, if you have any pimples or rashes, cover them up with concealer or foundation.

It's now time to put some color on your face! Bronzer will provide warmth and dimension to your face, blush will add color to your cheeks, and highlighter will make your cheekbones and eyebrow bones gleam.

For your eyes, start by defining the crease with eyeshadow. Then, apply a small amount of color on the top and mix it in. Finish with eyeliner and mascara to truly make your eyes sparkle.

Lastly, remember your lips! Choose a lipstick or lipgloss that complements your skin tone and apply it to finish your look.

Remember, these are only basic makeup tips and tricks; which can help you take your makeup game to the next level.
