THE EMOTION MAKER: The fast-forward of our daily life is accelerating: Images, words, sounds – stimuli of all sorts dart upon us, asking for reception and reactions. Interaction is no more an option, but a must – for the ability of participation on social life. Emotions and feelings are operated, triggered and manipulated in its entire range by media. Life is getting more and more similar to a radical aesthetic experience. THE EMOTION MAKER interacts with this reality. Fuzzy and unplaceable in one category, it adapts mechanisms of our accelerated life. As a metaphor, it explores them in order to offer a different form of reflection. Music, architecture and soundscape are united in a public sphere to condense common prejudices concerning space and time.
