This mostly pedestrian street winds across Chora, the main town on the island. The main town is actually named Mykonos, Chora means "the town" in Greek, and is often used when the island and the town have the same name.

CN 5262, a Non-Dynamic SD40-2W rips into the "New" North Hawthorne on A404. With an empty can on Main 2, the Duce-rent a wreck duo hammers away into the setting sun, almost to the summit of Hawthorne Hill.
Rebuilt Battle of Britain 34059 "Sir Archibald Sinclair" hauls its train up the hill into Horsted Keynes station as BR 5MT 73087 "Linette" waits with its van train on the stub of the Ardingley branch. Seen during a Jon Bowers/75H Charters photographic day at the Bluebell Railway.
Locomotives: Rebuilt Bulleid Battle of Britain Class 4-6-2 34059 "Sir Archibald Sinclair" and British Railways Standard Class 5MT 4-6-0 73082 "Camelot" re-numbered as 73087 "Linette".

A simple tilt shift effect on Main Street in the heart of America. I was waiting for the streetcar to pass and starting playing with different angles and vantage points. I like how this processing gives the tight focus down the center of the street showing off the bustling traffic. On a side note, the "Think Big" sign I thought was a little humorous since I blurred out the tall buildings in the background.

Did I say the storm is over? A fresh round blew in this evening, after two glorious bluebird days. This is Silverton's Main Street at rush hour. The only adjustment here is for exposure - the rest is as is. I hope you'll view this on black for the full experience.

Victoria Falls is divided into various sections, each with their own names. This portion is simply called "The Main Falls" and consistently has heavy flow even when other sections are slowing down considerably in the dry season.
This image is from series about colors. The main point of this series is that a person sees the world through the prism of his views and preferences, his favourite color in this case, and one notices at first the things that are closer to his predictions. I decided to use flowers because the series is about women only, I suppose men act a little differently and pay less attention to colors, so only women in this project. This is work in progress so maybe the final version of it will differ

While all of Sugar Mill Gardens is beautiful, the main attraction is the ruins of the old sugar mill that was once part of the Dunlawton Plantation.
Much of the area's history is unknown to its locals and visitors. Street names are about the only things that link us to the past here in Central Florida. Many areas of the south are rich with history, and the people who live there are aware of it, but I've found many who live here have no clue as to what it was like here a hundred or more years ago. I have to say I don't do anything so pretentious as 'Cuisine', but I have missed going out for lunch once a week since Covid put a stop to that!
Most of my meals look a lot like this.
I'm not keen on brown food, and especially the sort where everything is mixed up on the plate and looks like lurcher sick !
Before you ask the green blob is mint jelly and those spuds are my favourite 'La Ratte'
