Antiquated, macho, gun-toting action hero meets magical, modern, sensitive teen hero. More here: www.nickmarino.net/2012/01/09/from-the-vaults-harry-potte...
today i visited historic cocoa beach with my family. main street is lined with crafts shops and clothing stores, but about 2 blocks past the main strip there is a wonderful magic shop called Magic Dove.
as we entered, magicians were eager to entertain us with all sorts of tricks... card tricks, coin tricks, spongeball tricks... we were so amused we purchased a pack of spongeballs and a dvd about how to perform tricks with them.
though we haven't watched the dvd yet, jason is already an expert at one trick in particular. he puts two balls in each hand, closes both hands, bangs them together a few times, and then reopens them to reveal that the balls have traded places. i'm not quite sure how he does it, but it's very impressive.
if you would like jason to perform his magic trick at a private function, please contact me. =)
