Plage sur l'île d' Aix près des 2 géants que sont les phares .....ayant obtenu le titre de monument historique en 2011 !
Ils ne sont pas jumeaux ! Le phare côté est est en service depuis 1889 et son voisin côté ouest depuis 1906 !
25 m de haut , ils signalent les écueils à l 'entrée du Pertuis d' Antioche , bras de mer entre Oléron et Ré , très fréquenté par les plaisanciers ....
Le dernier gardien était une femme et ce , jusqu'en 1994 , année de l'automatisation des feux .

Draußen ist es grau und stumpf, ein kalter fieser Endzeitmorgen.
Als wär die Stadt ein Spiegel, ein Portrait von seinen Sorgen.
Er nimmt die Straßenbahn, er nimmt's wie's kommt, er nimmt seit Tagen
die kleinen weißen Dinger gegen das Gefühl im Magen.
Die ihm nicht mehr helfen, wenn man ihn fragt haben sie's nie getan.
In ein-zwei Atemzügen fängt's wieder von vorne an.
Was am meisten gefehlt hat, war was am meisten gezählt hat.
Das muss wohl überall so sein.
Es gibt so viel zu vermissen, es gibt so viel zu verstehen.
Es gibt so viel zu verstehen.
Die nächste Straße, die gleichen Gesichter.
Dieselbe Geschichte, die gleichen grellen Lichter.
Ein Blick auf die Uhr, dann ein Blick in die Ecke.
Und das gute Gefühl bleibt hier heute auf der Strecke.
Sie führt Diskussionen mit sich selbst und mit der Zeit.
Und wenn die Zwei in einem Raum sind gibt das immer Streit.
Die Uhr schreibt Pflicht und alles klingt und stinkt nach Untergang.

Mag-Crow (sometimes called Hooded or Scotch Crow) is a species that attracts an enormous amount of attention on the rare occasions they appear in eastern England and yet are seemingly unnoticed north of the border into Scotland
Mag-Crows belong to the genus Cravendaw - which includes other corvids such as Crow, Raven and Jackdaw. Like other cravendaws the Mag-Crow is an omnivorous and an opportunistic forager and feeder. This one agreed to be photographed in exchange for a small quantity of pork-pie while we waited to board a ferry on The Isle of Mull 😉

Seriously though, after a heavy snowfall, everything slows down or stops for a while. It’s wonderful to walk in the snow-muffled quiet, unhurried. There’s no where to go and nothing to do, and that’s perfectly fine.
