The MagSafe power supply from my very first MacBookPro (April 2006, since replaced) has just about frayed itself to uselessness. I can barely jiggle it the right way to make the juice flow to the laptop.
Why do I fiddle? I leave this one on my office as a permanent supply. I keep the newer on in my bag or out in the living room.
Time for a new one.... Its probably not very safe, but what really is?
Setting up a few new boxes at work. 3 brand new quad core xeons with a half-terabyte each, 2 gigs of ram. That's my MBP on the desk, and a couple of (also brand new) minis as email checking machines on top of the mac pro on the right
*update: I forgot to mention that I set all these up for XGrid and got this :)
This really hits the spot. I make it stronger than usual (ref to previous photo of plunger to see what usual is), and sweeten it up a bit before chucking it in the fridge.

MacbookPro is connected to the monitor on the far right (LG). The two middle Sony monitors are connected to the PC on the right. The PC on the left is sans a graphics card at the moment, so not working. All working devices are controlled through the wireless keyboard and mouse, shared with Synergy. All on top of a pretty old Ikea computer table with new shiny (which makes my mouse not work...) glass top!

During this Macbook i-Series CPU BGA repair we stripped the board completely and processed it through our ultrasonic solutions cleaning solutions.
The desk at office. I LIKE it this messy. The new Macbook Pro is getting used quite heavily. Worthy successor to my Powerbook.
