Willow is the resident greeter at my vets office. She has a fairly cushy life as you can see.

This wonderful morning was giving me the feeling that i was walking straight into a fairytale story.

I've cutted the image to panorama view, the grass below and the sky above wasn't giving anything extra to the image. The space on the left is a bit more as on the right keeping the coloring from the rising sun. I doubt a bit for making the image a bit brighter but i didn't. This is how it was.

There is always something so inviting yet mysterious about a dark pond and lily pads.

Mysterious iris is a macro photograph of an Iris petal.

Matera is a city on a rocky outcrop in the region of Basilicata, in southern Italy. It includes the Sassi area, a complex of cave dwellings carved into the mountainside. Evacuated in 1952 due to poor living conditions, the Sassi now houses museums like the Casa Grotta di Vico Solitario, with period furniture and artisan tools. Nearby rock churches include St. Lucia alle Malve, with 13th-century frescoes.

The house is in Bewerley Village which is west of the River Nidd at Pateley Bridge in Nidderdale, North Yorkshire

Bewerley is mentioned in the Domesday Book (as Burelei).
