New York City Transit Authority (NYCTA) R1 car no. 381 is the lead motor on a six-car train racing through Neck Rd Station during the NY Transit Museum's Parade of Trains. The train is passing a four-car R32 train that was also participating in the event, which bore the two-tone "M" logo of MTA New York City Transit from 1971.
The MTA and the UBS Arena celebrate the one millionth rider to use the LIRR Elmont-UBS Arena station on Tuesday, January 28, 2025.

This is 2 metro north trains passing during a 150" exposure. If you've ever shot with a wide angle lens, you know how close you've got to be to things... I could have reached out and touched the closer train as it passed within 5 feet of me. I was lucky the draft from it didn't blow my tripod over.
