I had a little hour of 'me time' this morning before #MSLife2016 kicked off so took a return passage on the Emirates Cable Car. I captured this from inside the pod I was sitting in.

 

It's been a wonderful few days including the chance today to be 'live' on air with Trishna Bharadnia (of People's Strictly (Come Dancing) ) and now one of the four ambassadors for MS Society UK. I also got the chance to do some personal publicity shots for her.

A very useful freebie I picked up at #MSLife2016 - a key fob of a tiny torch given out by The UK MS Register. If I'd known I'd had the chance this evening, I'd have submitted the proper light of the sunset over Swansea Bay - next along in my photostream
