So I haven't officially announced it, but July 31st, I'll be leaving Buffalo to move to Minneapolis. I've been thinking about it for a long time, and discussed my options with my family/friends, Beca, and other photographers in the Buffalo area (as well as Minneapolis). The twin city area is home to a couple big ad agencies and if anything, now is the time to relocate since I don't have anything tying me down to a city. I've began contacting some photographers in the area and sending them my portfolio, and I guess we'll see what happens.
Beca's flying up here July 27th and we're going to pack as much stuff as I can fit in my car and then road trip it.
Oh and I should probably mention that I've been considered beginning Year 2 of my 365 after arriving in Minneapolis.

This day brought the rare treat of finding a train moving on the Minnesota Prairie Line at the right time of day to get some decent light for photography. An eastbound TC&W train is seen between Fairfax and Gibbon, MN. April 23, 2019.
The RRVW 4105 sits idle between Gibbon and Fairfax. A crew will soon arrive to make the journey west to Delhi. Fresh ballast is evidence of the trackwork that's been occurring along here this spring.
A sizable gap in the clouds has opened up between Belview and Echo, Minnesota, allowing some sunlight to fall on two TC&W locomotives. They're slowly making their way westbound toward Wood Lake. With all of the snow melting and a little more rain, we've got plenty of water out on the prairie this spring!

Holga out of focus. The mountain symbol for the focus was not correct. I guess this should have been set to foothills.
Because NBC London Country leased it's Green Line coaches small operators were able to snap up modern vehicles at a good price knowing they had been looked after. When it was the turn of these Duple Dominant bodied Leyland Leopards this example found itself with Thompson of Sheffield.
February 21, 2022 - Minneapolis -- A banner hangs from the Irene Hixon Whitney Bridge during rush hour outside the Lowry Hill Tunnel. The sign reads MPLS PDX AVENGE LOVE SOLIDARITY and was dropped a day after protesters were fired upon in Portland where they were marching for Amir Locke.
