"Carrying a good history file and showing 58,000 miles and benefiting from sparing but recent use, the history file demonstrates MoTs showing it to be on-the-road every year since 2006 bar one. With a current MoT to 29 August 2016, this example would benefit from some attention to the front bumper and off side front wing, but does carry very impressive originality and is sure slot in nicely with other BL favourites that are now becoming hard to find in well-preserved condition.
Guide price: £1500 to £2000.
Please note, in 2009 this vehicle was the subject of a Category C insurance claim."

One of two Minneapolis Midwestern SD35Rs shows off the tolls of working ore trains on the Cuyuna Iron Range near Crosby MN. Assigned to the MMWs ore hauling properties the 2335 has found a good home lugging loaded trains from the processing plant to the docks in Superior WI.

Following up on the less-than-stellar performance of their first self-balancing monowheel design, Beyond Midnight Engineering decided to throw good money after bad and try to improve the formula. The 'Megalithic MonoWheel' (sold in Europe as the Monolithic MegaWheel) was their next attempt.
Nevertheless, speed was the MMW's greatest problem - once it exceeded a certain velocity, the huge wheel's momentum made it almost impossible to stop safely, as this archive footage shows.
My freelance railroad Minneapolis MidWestern SD38 rides the turntable to nowhere at the fictional Hill Ave Ore Yard in Superior WI. The MMW hauls iron ore from Ironton MN to Superior WI on the former Soo Line between these points.

c/n 25.125 - built in 1991 - operated by Saarland Airlines between 08/1992 and 10/1992 - Saarland Airlines operated charter-flights from its base DUS mainly to destinations in Portugal and Turkey between 04/1992 and 07/1993.
After the collapse of their main tour-operator the airline was forced to shut down in July 1993.
