4. Muncul Halaman pendaftaran dan isi data yang diminta.
5. Klik kolom Tipe Keanggotaan dan pilih Joybizer.
6. Isi kolom Sponsor dengan kode : suprayog090591
7. Pada bagian Bank, jika nama Bank anda tidak terdaftar di kolom Pilih Bank:
– Pilih Non-Bank
– No Rekening boleh di isi dengan No. rekening Bank lain atau kosongkan saja.
8. Lampirkan kartu indentitas anda dengan cara :
– Pilih file foto KTP/scan KTP anda dengan klik “Choose file”
– Jika anda sudah menemukan file KTP anda, klik Open
– Potong gambar KTP anda dengan geser kotak kuning, untuk membesarkan atau mengecilkan sesuai dengan besaran gambar KTP anda
9. Lampirkan Foto Profil (tidak wajib) anda dengan cara :
– Pilih file foto Profil anda dengan klik “Choose file”
– Jika anda sudah menemukan file Foto Profil anda, klik Open
– Potong Foto Profil anda seperti cara motong KTP tadi.
10. Baca ketentuan & aturan yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan
– Jika setuju checklist saya setuju
11. Klik Submit atau Register
Jika berhasil, skip atau lewati invoice transaksi dengan menekan tombol kembali.
Pendaftaran di HP / Smartphone :
