"Hey, Trooper! Why don't you try something different, eh?"
I got this killer (!) Polybius cabinet from customizer Gijoefan312 (Instagram) to go with the other game I got from him (Ravage's Revenge) and the games BigJW did for me a while back. Kinda wish I had space for a permanent arcade diorama, but it'd probably end up looking like Flynn's Arcade in "Tron Legacy"!

In Egyptian mythology, the Ogdoad were eight primordial deities worshiped in Hermopolis. The term “Ogdoad” means “the Eightfold” in Ancient Greek and “eight” in Ancient Egyptian.

The current State House is Rhode Island's seventh state house and the second in Providence after the Old Rhode Island State House. It was designed by the architectural firm of McKim, Mead, and White and constructed from 1895 to 1904. The building had a major renovation in the late 1990s.

my artist of the night sky, my muse and wise woman was helping me create time-lapse night writing in our backyard pool, this is about a 4 second exposer. We used a glow wand and did a fantastic series of science fiction night paintings.

With a combination of night photography, photoshop and digital processing I brought a magical goddess to life . Remining me of the cover of famous science fiction covers from writers like Ray Bradbury, Isaac Asimov, or Robert Heinlein. My atomic female goddess brings her heart and soul feminine energy to restore balance to the universe. Pehaps she is made of stars like Andromeda or Luna the moon shaman spirit . A vision for our dreams and a heavenly electron lady to guide us through the night. Park of my magic light series. Visit the set to see the rest.

I chose this picture as the best picture i've taken out of the last 8 months because it is the best example of my photo shop level. It took many hours of work on the eye ball to get the strips of paper just right and hand creating the texture via photos and photo shop to give the sense of a real paper eye.
OK, i've been at the abstract art random title generator again, might just have to have titles like 'blue' next week, but today i wanted the words to reflect the distorted reality i created here, i know that it's a bit strange to look at, but i like it that way

Mahón, or Maó as the official Catalan name is pronounced by the locals, is the capital of the Island of Menorca. It is located on the eastern coast of Spain and these days there are around 30,000 people living there. Covering an area of 109,000 square kilometres you will be delighted to see many sights of history and tradition such as the picturesque harbour, which in times gone by was protected by the two strongholds; the stunning architecture of the buildings and the typically Spanish shops and eateries. The city was given its name by the General Mago Barca who, rumour has it took refuge in Mahon in the year 205 BC and in fact, Mahon plays an important role in the history of the island as a whole. When you pay a visit to Mahon and the surrounding area you will spot the beautiful Georgian architecture, evidence of the island of Menorca being occupied by the British over the past centuries. The local government has taken steps to enhance the city and lots of new buildings such as hotels, restaurants and shops have appeared in recent years, offering the increasing number of tourists even more reasons to make sure Mahon is on their itinerary of places to go whilst holidaying on this beautiful island.
A vertorama photo of the streets of Maó, capital of the Island of Menorca - Spain. Mahon has many pedestrian only lanes for those wishing to take the healthy option. Which way now? Left Calle de Isabel II or right Calle de Bon Aire?

Doors separate Inside & Out
The left half is the original shot looking in (East).
The right half is the same shot (added later) looking out (West).
Full spherical shot with a single vanishing point in the center — One hemisphere inside the doors (low distortion) and one hemisphere outside (extremely high distortion).
The rectangular (nearly square) door frame precisely fits the equator between the two hemispheres and completely hides the outer wall of the building.
It takes some time and effort to wrap these spherical images around your brain so they can be properly appreciated.
Makeshift base, 2:05 AM:
Koles: “Welcome to the calvary.”
Callan: “Still don’t see how much of it’s a party like the old days.”
Koles: “I assume you’re already familiar with it now. Partying can equal to vampire killing.”
Seanus: “Over a bottle of scotch?”
Callan: “Probably.”
Terry: “I kinda like him. He’s got that royal charm....”
Rowena: “Then save that for another time. We should be getting to the commotions now. Sean, your turn for a break.”
Sean: “Atta ma’am.”

Sirens wail through the distant night. I can’t sleep. Never did. Inclusion of having another person as the new man sounds like it’s fun, but it’s not. Insomnia plagues me—paints it like a picture that I convince myself to stay awake instead. No cure for wellness. Over the years I’ve been staying up, more than what a vampire should have gained sleep.
Now it’s 5AM and I can’t even trace for Christ’s sake. Can’t even think straight. Quite constantly it happens.
Ghostly hands pin my back to the wall, and the span of limited time does not give me enough to reach for my sword. I take the knife instead. Its hands are stained.
Sean: “You’ve plagued me long enough.”
Ghost: “We will always come back to haunt you for it....Seamus Tsuneo.”
Sean: “I’m not going back to Tokyo for fuck’s sake. You’ve disgraced me already, what more do you want?”
Ghost: “Your dreams—your deepest desires belong to us. Come and join us...enter the spectrum world.”
Sean: “Get the fuck out.”
Humphrey interrupts at my door, casting a magic bolt that chases it away.
Forge: “Trouble sleeping?”
Sean: “Just the usual. Good to see you’re not drunk today.”
Forge: “Lost my touch—fridge ran out of beers. I knew it was important to teach the new man some occultism and spells. Maybe I’m going sober on this.”
Sean: “Anything on the Wretched King?”
Forge: “Other old lad’s got it. We know where he was last located.”
The Wretched King. That’s the vampire leader we’ve been trying to search for months. Sacrifices were made on the way to ensure where he was located.
Took advantage of society and that’s where we are now, a clusterfuck of a shite society. Governing the regular humans.
I vaguely remember the story in Japan man years ago where he did some crap, I’ll describe it as Harry Potter dark magic, and attempted to unleash a ritual. Then bloodthirsty mates went rampaging onto the streets. Then Bolivia. Russia. He conquered them all, degraded them…
Forge: “But his tomb, his casket, twas gone. Not for an empty seal it should have been fucken’ opened.”
Sean: “I’d expect less if we’re all vampire hunters.”
Forge: “Mindbending too. Hallucinations. The new types of sucking can cause you to dream even better than a acid trip.”
Sean: “That’s how he killed part of my clan…”
Forge: “Won’t be for long if he finds out the rest. Time is running out, and we need to give the new lad what he should learn before it’s overrun.”
Sean: “Since when have we been invaded”
Forge: “Before you nearly got possessed—which is nigh impossible. Hurry, before they breach the walls. We must warn them of the spies’ arrival.”

Space Between People
How the virtual changes physical architecture
Stephan Doesinger
This book shows how the virtual has completely changed the physical world around us. If architecture is the construction of space between people, what happens when that space exists in a virtual world? That question is the starting point for this collection of revolutionary projects by a new generation of designers. The book begins by examining the important issues that have emerged as technology reshapes our idea of place and proceeds to present the four winning projects from the first architecture competition held within the explosively popular Internet community known as Second Life. Chosen for their inventiveness and aesthetic excellence, these structures - a cloud that can be inhabited; a meta-museum; an interactive sound scape; and a snow palace of discarded objects - illustrate the mindbending possibilities of digital design. In the books final section, media artists share their real-time experiences conceptualizing and creating projects for the virtual world.

Meshworks/Norwich, moving analogue source : Midway/Dante
Beginning as one always does in the middle, in mediis rebus, one experiences a sense of disorientation, a sort of cartographic anxiety or spatial perplexity that appears to be part of our fundamental being-in-the-world. It is an experience not unlike that of Dante, in the opening lines of his Commedia:
Midway along the journey of our life,
I woke to find myself in a dark wood,
for I had wandered off from the straight path.

We went across to Chatsworth yesterday for the now annual Beyond Limits exhibition by Sotheby's. Again there were lots of photo opportunities to be had, helped in no small part by the kind weather.
This is a shot across the highly reflective surface of Eve by Richard Hudson...there was lots of fun to be had with this piece.
