HK:n rypsiporsaan kyljellä täytettyä Kariniemen kananpojan koipea, jonka maustamiseen on käytetty mustatorvisientä, yrttejä, tryffeliä ja ankanmaksaa. Lintukermakastiketta, kyssäkaali-suolapähkinänyyttejä, parsakaalipyreetä ja persiljaöljyssä kypsennettyä parsakaalia.
