County Meath (/miːð/; Irish: Contae na Mí or simply an Mhí) is a county in Ireland. It is in the province of Leinster and is part of the Mid-East Region. It is named after the historic Kingdom of Meath (from Midhe meaning "middle" or "centre"). Meath County Council is the local authority for the county. Neben Schotterzügen die in Nieder-Ofleiden bei der MHI beladen werden, wird die Ohmtalbahn auch alle paar Tage mal von einem Black.Boxx Containerzug befahren, dessen Ziel auch Nieder-Ofleiden ist, allerdings die Eisengießerei Winter, die die Container dort auf LKW umschlägt.

Eine viel zu selten beachtete Strecke ist die noch vorhandene Stichbahn der ehemaligen Ohmtalbahn Kirchhain Nieder-Gemünden. Der letzte Personenzug ist schon vor Jahrzehnten abgefahren. Nur noch die MHI sorgt für regelmäßigen Güterverkehr. Während meistens mit einer V90 gefahren wird, kommen selten auch mal andere Loks zum Einsatz wie hier die 231 012 der WFL. Eine Ludmilla auf Mittelhessischen Gleisen ist ohnehin eine Seltenheit. Hier wird der Zug gerade mit Schotter beladen.

Der Standort ging in Ordnung, da ohnehin der einzige Zug des Nachmittags nebenan stand.

Mit zwölf Schotterwagen präsentierte sich die 232 901 der WFL am Sonntag auf dem noch verbliebenen Teil der Ohmtalbahn zwischen Kirchhain und Nieder-Ofleiden. Vor allem der MHI ist es zu verdanken, dass diese Strecke noch nicht von der Landkarte verschwunden ist.

B-MHI, an AgustaWestland AW139, operated by East Asia Airlines Limited of Macau, China. Seen at the Sky Shuttle Heliport (VHSS) atop Shun Tak Centre in Hong Kong after arriving from Macau.

Two of our projects, off the coast of Whitstable. The original 30 have been in place for many years, working very well. And this year we installed 15 of our new V112 turbines.

This is the first time I saw the new turbines, and considering I took this with a 8 year old compact, I think it came out rather well.
