It's been a while! I'm not dead, I've just been real busy with college. I'm hoping to be able to get some more stuff built in in the coming breaks.
This started as a Budgie Protostar recolor, and eventually turned into an exercise in building outside my style a bit and building from reference. It's not necessarily going for 100% accuracy but something close.
I still have yet to watch Evangelion, but the designs are incredibly iconic, so I wanted to take a stab at it.
Hope you enjoy!

I think that connecting the body to the chassis is not done very well.

With Rascal-type hand configuration, bullpups become a lot more viable. This one uses only three parts and has a two-stage suppressor look.
SC 0232 - Probes discovered the mineral rich planet of Aeresolidu, but unfortunately it remained inaccessible due to the incredibly high atmospheric pressure. In a feat of ingenuity, a group of colony engineers modified the deep sea frame "Spearfisher" and made the first official landfall on the planet. The new frame was dubbed the "Rascal", and has since become a mainstay in many Free Colony militias.
Big shoutout to SuspendedAnimation for the Spearfisher frame.

(L) Bazooka and Tower Shield to soften targets and provide cover for moving squad.
(R) Heavy autocannon to pin down and provide covering fire.
(Middle) Hand-to-hand specialist with 'Crackerjack' combination shields/punch assist.
All three squadmates use enhanced comms to provide accurate triangulation of targets.
There's a rifle on page 128 of the MFZ rulebook. Its my favorite of the bunch pictured there. So, I made some variants.

Head mods as promised, as well as some systems!
More of a super robot sort of helmet design with a variety of crests.
Left to Right:
VG-01b "Samurai" dual wielding fusion edges. The V-fin crest is merely an ornamental cosmetic change, fulfilling the same purpose as the usual sensor screen.
VG-01a "Marksman" variant, retaining the sensor screen from the original design on an alternate head. Shown here with a beam rifle, double-barreled to counteract the relatively long cooldown of beam weapons.
VG-01c "Chuster Beetle"
A specialized "Stag" variant equipped with two split melee/defense clawshields. The "Stag" crest trades visual fidelity for armor, allowing the sensor to withstand a few more hits.

Fun little entry for the MFZ support frame challenge!
On another note, since I'm going to do my best to get to BrickCon this year, I'll be making instructions for builds upon request. Obviously I can't remake models from three years ago (not that anybody would want one of the terrible MOCs), so newer if not entirely new builds would be highly appreciated.
So if you've always wanted me to make a certain model, shoot it over to me in an FM and I'll consider making it and instructioning it!
Saw some MFZ buildings being posted and thought I'd share what I've been working on. In terms of destructibility, I'd recommend considering it 4 hits as that's how it best comes apart. I've posted this hab-mod paired with a second configuration here.
Big shout out to Pierre E Fieschi and Aubrey Beelen for the sci-fi containers. And as always, thanks to -SuspendedAnimation- for the frame.

Yeah, I just wanted to make one of these. Once upon a time I used to make things for MFZ too!
Tagged the two that deserve all the credit.
For MFZ. All units in Soldier Configuration.
Again, like the Pancho V3f, these guys don't use clips of any kind (except guns). In addition, none of these builds feature any of the 3Ts (Taps, Travis bricks, nor T-pieces). With the exception of the Technic pins and clips used in the guns, all pieces used are or were at some point available at the pick-a-brick wall.
