the ford gt makes me use big letters for introducing it.
as a man you cannot get closer to the car without feeling the rising tension and your accelerated heartbeat.
the gt is the most macho car you can buy today.
and it´s very difficult to do a good shot of a complete gt - if you ever tried it you know what i mean ;)
I love photographing this metal man. I love the contrast of this metal sculpture made out of bicycle parts and its organic surroundings. The morning sunlight can illuminate this sculpture so beautifully.
And when, your house, begins to rust..
Oh it’s just, metal and dust.

My parents were down visiting last week. You can see my father, Border Mac, below. The first shot is him in action and the other is him, the day before in Brighton, reviewing the pictures he'd just taken. I think he got some good ones - hopefully he'll post them soon!

I found this old picture of a tap. Somehow liked the contrast between direct sunlight and dark shadows.
I managed to get the whole train in a single frame with my 85mm. Because of the distortion and perspective, the train looks like a big metal worm.
Thank you all for your appreciation.

Macro Mondays, theme: Brush
A clothes brush, with metal bristles.
A vintage Nikkor 50 mm - f/1.4 lens was reverse-mounted on the camera using a reversal ring and two 27.5 mm extension tubes. The aperture was set to f/1.4.
The width of the brush is about 1/2 inch.
While searching for something else, I found this guy, a figurine I bought from a store going out of business many years ago. Tiny Echo was made in Africa and since he is made of metal, I figured that's what he eats.
