A menudo llamada Catedral de Colmar, la Colegiata de San Martín de Colmar es la iglesia más grande de la ciudad, pero también una de las más grandes de Alsacia, justo detrás de la Catedral de Estrasburgo. Es imposible visitar Colmar sin hacer una visita a la Plaza de la Catedral y al menos disfrutar del exterior de este magnífico edificio.

While in Denmark, we visited this place: "Men meets the Sea", in Esbjerg....It was a rainy, humid, cloudy day....May be because of that it made such an impression on me...They stand like modern pharaons...Are they looking at the Sea? May be at the Stars? Are they men? May be Gods...?

Some say the trick to living a long life is to smile. These three tipsy guys on the streets of Camaguey, Cuba live it right.
At the end of an 8 mile dirt road in the Northwest corner of Arches National Park, is a trail that leads to Tower Arch. On the way there, you are led past the Marching Men formation, which looks like a downward procession of several figures. Note the noses, eyes and brows of the first two in particular. This is a wonderful hike with great scenery that even my 3 year-old could mostly complete. And there were very few people in this section of the park, which is notable for Arches.

Dédié à Shiva, le temple principal de Mahanal avec son grand sikhara (flèche) a été construit au XIe siècle lorsque ce complexe de temples est devenu le centre florissant du shivaïsme. Les débuts réels du site du temple datent du sixième siècle lorsque de petits sanctuaires jumeaux dédiés à Ganesh et Gauri ont été construits.
