Windows at this station are done by artist Daniel Hauben. These windows were selected by Americans for the Arts as among the top 40 of public works in 2007. They are so vibrant. When the sun hits them, they just electrify the platforms.

Tiny flowers and also fruit. The mangoes are the tiny green things. The fruit will be ready at the end of February March.
The Tango Mango tastes as good as it looks at The Columbia Restaurant in Tampa, Florida.

Dance to the taste of the tropics. Fresh mango and Bacardi Superior Rum. Frozen and delicious.
The first mango I'm trying to grow in a very long time. I started right before the theme for the week was announced, so it seemed fitting to use the seedlings in this week's shot.
Here I am, dumb again. This pretty flower which reminded me of mango and vanilla ice cream has alluded me. No plaque so I have no idea. Captured in the Botanic Gardens in Brisbane city. Stop press, thanks to Christy and David for the ID - Dwarf Jasmin/ Radermachera Kunming

The mango tree is so full of flowers, never seen so many. Might get a lot of mangoes next February. I think I will attempt to thin out some of the branches in Autumn as it is so big and casts a big shadow.
We have a rogue mango tree just off the deck in our back yard that grew there on a dare... A mango was consummed and gathered friends offered the challenge to plant the seed to see if it would grow. We now have a 7 foot tree that bears hundreds of smallish mangos every year!
I took an image of this mango today, processed it and then realized that I used the same exact set up for the multi-colored peppers from last week. I had to go back to the drawing board and as easy as yesterday's image came together, today was a battle. The colors don't seem to meld the way I envisioned but they all want to shout out, "look at me". I surrender and am going to head out to deliver Girl Scout cookies with my little scout today. Happy Monday and may you win whatever battles you are fighting today.
Mango- is the fruit that appears 1-10 on my list of favourite fruits.
A street vendor selling mangoes.
This is a picture taken from my phone last year. Initially, I considered processing it B/W but then realized that though B/W looked nice but did not do justice to the different varieties of mango on display.
Hope you all like it ...
