This week Brenda's Monday craft for kids 5-7 yrs. old was butterfly magnets! What a fun creative bunch of kids we have!
I can't understand the obsession people have when they go on holiday to bring back a fridge magnet. I find them messy and I really dislike mass produced rubbish. However, some fridge magnets are useful such as a bottle opener! I may sound like im moaning but I much prefer a useful object that has a purpose.

This was made from a single (216) set.
Minimalist design for a person in a semi sitting position. The arms to legs connection stabilizes the entire figure so that it can be held in 1 hand.

These are being taken to the flea market tomorrow-my guess is the glue and paint will still be slightly damp but they WILL be finished!
I love the butterfly on the bottom left - I messed around with foil paper in rainbow colors and this is what I got! Tie dye! I like the other ones too, but that one, in particular, just makes me smile.
Groovy, huh?
I found this in the gift shop in Greenfield Village and had some serious iwant, but not enough to pay $10 for a magnet.
