she arrived a few days earlier in hopes that she could get some alone time. such time was limited these days and she wanted to escape from it all. all the responsibilities, the bills, the phone, the constant meal prep. ugh, meal preps.
but, what she wasn't expecting was to be dropped off on a dirt runway in the middle of the 80s as if she'd been transported by a time machine.
"okay... okay... i got this... " she mumbled to herself. it'd been a while since she travelled. life just... happened. but, she was back and getting her feet wet!
she pulled her luggage along as she timidly looked around for her lyft driver.
she coached herself as she started walking, "it's like riding a bike. once you learn, you never forget."

When I was driving for Lyft, I picked a gentleman up from this beautiful building. I've never seen the inside of it, but its exterior was captivating! Being a Graphic Arts Major years ago, this brought back some design classes I've taken. I'm tempted to wanna get back into it. I have more shots of this building to share down the road.
