A new Boomerang just cause my old one is ANCIENT XD, a bed wedge to prop me up in a sloping fashion when I'm trying to do things lying down -- also I'm hoping to sleep on this on my stomach so I'm sort of... folded up the opposite way to the way you normally fold XD When I lay like that at the Physio it really helps so I'm hoping that extended lying down like that will help at home too :D A Pyramid pillow with extra lumbar supprt and stuff, GOT to help, especially with the couch. And then two seat wedges to prop me up so my hips are MUCH higher than my waist. I'm sitting on one of the wedges now -- REALLY changes your posture and makes up sit up instantly!
