Another view of Lula Lake Falls. It really is a beautiful place. Right behind where I am sitting water exits the lake into a cave of some sort and exits down stream a little piece. It sounded like there may have been a bit of a waterfall inside the cliff.

Lee and I rode up to Lake Lula Land Trust on Lookout Mountain, near the Tennessee line in Georgia. The property is only open the first and last Saturday of the month. They had a place for handicap access, which Lee requires and he was able to make the walk to the picnic area while I worked at getting some shots of the falls. This was the first time in about 4 or 5 years that Lee has gone waterfalling with me. The fall colors in that area was amazing Saturday!!

Mississippi Delta RR
Diamond in the Rough. Two IC branches met here at Lula and in modern times, only segments remained in operation, hence the diamond remaining in place. In order to service the Delta Oil Mill, the train would come in from the left and move to the right, use a connecting track behind the white house, then move from the background, to the track in the foreground.

We're now going to take a look at the north end of the Mississippi Delta RR, which has been out of service for a while now. These FURX cars have been here since around 2015 and are cut off from the rest of the railroad due to a paved over railroad crossing. The end car is FURX 962672.
