not as good as mitchell's, but i liked his a lot. and i was like. oh whatever it's more mitchell davis inspired things, no big. i'm not obsessed, i swear. haha. :/

i think i might iron that sheet sometime eventually. i'm sick of this wrinkled backdrop.

At Adultcon

in downtown L.A. this weekend

shooting for Stiletto

magazine, I was just

entranced at the booth

where Nina Greville or

Body Art Divas was painting

the body of this beautiful

Valeria. On the previous day she

painted her with a kind of

blue leopard skin pattern.

Everything here is painted -

even her stockings, which

were air-brushed. She did have

little panties and pasties on -

but Nina just painted over

those with flair and grace

and a profusion of color

and beauty.

I started out sweet and innocent, graduating from college,

doing all the "normal" things,

rarely seen him

mature looking. he's a good kid

happy every day.

Apparently, visitors and locals alike attach padlocks to various metal structures on the Brooklyn Bridge in memory or in honor of a loved one. It seemed like many of these were couples that placed the locks on this particular structure to proclaim their love for one another. I didn't feel comfortable touching them, but I did take a few pictures.

The French music video station, Trace, was part of the soundtrack of my visit to Cape Town. The track, Love Lockdown, by Kanye West, played a LOT during the time I was there ... this image is a montage of screenshots from that video - messed with, of course ... image re-mix

INTERJECTION / WARNING: narrow-minded music snobs need read no further ... but if you're game .... go for it :)!

The first time I heard it I liked the lyrics - and was struck by the imagery so closely aligned with the continent I was on - but wasn't that impressed with the music ... I realized later on that it had snuck into my head when I caught myself humming it even when it wasn't playing ... the beat is a great pick-me-up in the afternoons if the doldrums strike ... just chair dance to the music to get your blood pumping again .... hey, it works for me :D!!!

and I could see how

I love taking walks in the neighborhood because I get ideas for what I want to grow. I am like a child, squealing with joy when I see something I get excited about, like this.

I want wisteria to drape over every free space in my yard!!!! Everytime I go to the nursery, I mean to get a starter plant, but I get sidetracked and forget.

I have such fond memories in high school m mother made a roof of wisteria on the front deck with a roof trellis and in he late spring our whole deck would be covered in wisteria, it was so fragrant and beautiful, and hummingbirds and dragonflys would frequent the area.

Also, don't you just want to clip a strand to your hair like a geisha?
