You know, living in Belgium for a life, and having also the desire that your Greek potplants still prosper in happiness, is a big deal! You have them hibernate in your heated glasshouse every winter, and you place them with love around your terrace, to express their joy during the good season! And their joy is expressed by being healthy and blooming beautifully! Naturally , they have every year as much as good new soil and plantfood , as they need!

I will start today sharing with you the blooming joy of these potplants of mine!!! They are all perennials and thrive only in soft climates, around the Meediterranean Sea.

Here, you can see my lovely Bougainvillea Glabra! She has been living so far in a large pot, where she is lightly pruned every October, before she enters the glasshouse, and every spring, before she starts living at the terrace again! She is a really lovely and photogenic lady!

These would have been perfect for the mono hearts challenge, but I didn't find them in time, so I got a little creative with the color table. :-)

Catholic devotion is full of hearts, and lest we forget, Valentine's day finds its origin in the Feast of Saint Valentine. As always, how a Catholic devotion's hagiography develops is fascinating, but the important thing is the motive, which always comes back to the heart, to love.

These gold and silver hearts (err hmm, these *red* hearts) were placed with devotion and love around an image of the Divine Mercy, yet another devotion that focuses on the heart.

This adorable , tiny , blue Beauty, so photogenic , is the bloom of Solanum Randonnetii bush, which has been living in a big pot for some years now. It has nothing special, apart this adorable bloom!! I have seen it as a small tree , pruned in a genius way, being covered by these little blue delights!

Wouldn't it be great if we could just put on our love goggles and really see the love all around us every day?

My rational mind thinks that only seeing the good in things is a bad idea because being able to recognize things that are wrong and broken is the only way to identify and fix the problems. If we ignore the ugliness and only look for the good then we miss the opportunity to improve things around us. So I really think it's important to do both, see the beauty and recognize the flaws because sometimes we cannot change everything but we shouldn't pretend it is ok when it's not.

❤️❤️❤️ The Sublime Beauty of the Hibiscus Blooms has been making my heart sing since my early childhood, when awestruck by the immense Beauty of the Creation, I was standing speechless in front of Its Jewels , that I was discovering here and there travelling with my parents, while having started following my Life Path on this beautiful Earth of ours!! Those days the single flaming red version was my favorite color, but I had not seen other colors, or double ones those days , but much later in my adulthood.. The botanical name of this adorable Beauty is Hibiscus Rosa Sinensis (originated from China ), a frost tender perennial, that we can meet growing abundantly in the form of blooming trees and bushes in the Mediterranean countries like the Greek Islands ( his very beautiful cousin , the Hibiscus Syriacus, is originated from Syria, and it is a frost hardy tree and bush )..

My husband had a couple of colleagues from Stockholm over for dinner last night, so we broke out all kinds of glasses--my favorite cobalt water goblets, cocktail glasses, cognac glasses, and regular red wine glasses. I washed them all by hand last night and left them out to air dry. This morning I noticed the sun light flashing through them, and of course I grabbed my camera before the light shifted.

I'd like to dedicate this one to my honey chile, Tammy, who wrote a lovely and heartfelt testimonial for me the other day. I really have to take some time to spread the love around myself--very soon. Thank you, chile! <3
