This talking thermometer is wireless and lets you know when your "entree is almost ready" and "your entree is ready". Triggers giggles all around every time.

Making Adam's dish for the Chefs #LoveCDNBeef Series on unsweetened.ca

I've never seen this cut before so I had to buy it. One twitter friend said she and her family have it all the time marinade in their favourite bbq sauce and then tossed on the grill

 

But putting BBQ sauce on as anything other than a finishing sauce goes against my basic grilling instincts. So I'm off to research. If anyone has used this cut, has a recipe or a suggestion, please leave a comment.
