yummm....(ok so it's a little lopsided!)

So I'm not the greatest expert at flipping omelettes. But I felt like making breakfast today so I made a 3-egg Spam and onion omelette with buttered toasted bread. I put butter on the frypan and "fried" the bread slightly. It was delicious.

This is the espaliered pear tree at Allendale. Last year, due to a late freeze, it bore one tasty, juicy pear. This year, with no cold weather problems, it has a great deal of bloom---but only on one branch of the tree!?! IT looks like several of the blooms have been fertilized, so we may have more than one pear this year...if it stays warm!

I started with a strawberry in the middle to anchor it, but I think it wasn't exactly in the middle. It's hard to gently nudge the stuff after it's been set in the filling.
