Sometimes when I have to clean up the hard drive, pictures appear that I have completely forgotten. I just rediscovered this one and I took it once when I was walking in the forest looking for sunrays. It gives me a feeling of tranquility when I look close at it, so I want to save it from the vault :-)

"Shine On You Crazy Diamond", was written as a tribute to Syd Barrett, one of the founders of Pink Floyd. He was also known as "The Crazy Diamond Syd". Barrett was a very creative musician and is considered one of the rock icons, with a strong influence on many artists, very especially to David Bowie. Syd Barrett is a key piece to understand the evolution of rock in the 70s.. Excessive drug use, especially LSD, caused him serious mental health problems. Syd Barrett died in 2006 at the age of 60. The Universal is a science fiction song written as a tribute to two films by film director Stanley Kubrick. In the video, the Blur members wear outfits similar to Alex and his gang of thugs, the protagonists of the movie "A Clockwork Orange." The image used for the cover of the single alluded to what is possibly Kubrick's best film: "2001: To Space Odyssey."

Today is an orange day at Color my World Daily and we celebrate « bread teddy bears at Happy Teddy Bear Tuesdays. The theme at Crazy Tuesday is « looking up ». Happy triple challenge day to you all !!
Antoni, the teddy bear, is a dreamer and he always was. As a tiny bear his eyes were always on the sky, watching the univers above us and wondering if we are alone. Perhaps there is another world to discover ? Maybe he will be able to see a sign of an intelligent life ? Or maybe he will just see a flying rocket ? For years , Antoni watched tirelessly the sky… And today, when he was looking up, he saw something out of ordinary !
Unfortunately I dont have the time to explain or even describe what Antoni saw, since I have another very, very urgent meeting of our cartography department and my presence is mandatory !! You will have to believe my picture and trust your own eyes ! And keep looking up, you might see something very, very extraordinary !!!
