This unique fence has a great look not many around this area built like this, the extra front just is too much cost for the length most run, They put the boards on horizontal then come back and do the facer vertical at each post with a cap that sticks out to meet it in a 45 cut.

Harvest is in full swing here in the upper Midwest. It is always a rush to get the crops out,in their final stages they are fragile and more prone to damage from high winds or heavy rain.So far yields have been good and weather exceptional. Now if we can just get a little rise in those commodity prices....

The U.S. Air Force Air Demonstration Squadron, known to all the world as the “Thunderbirds”, are the Air Force’s Ambassadors in Blue. They represent the 500,000 men and women of the United States Air Force. The Thunderbirds plan and present precision aerial maneuvers to exhibit the capabilities of modern, high-performance aircraft and the high degree of professional skill required to operate those aircraft. The Thunderbirds squadron is composed of eight pilots (including six demonstration pilots), four support officers, four civilians and more than 100 enlisted personnel.

The Thunderbirds air demonstration is a mix of formation flying and solo routines. The four-jet diamond formation demonstrates the training and precision of Air Force pilots, while the two solo aircraft highlight some of the extreme capabilities of the F-16. In all, the pilots perform approximately 40 maneuvers in a single demonstration. An aerial demonstration lasts 60 minutes with an additional 15 minutes for the ground show before takeoff.

During a typical season the Thunderbirds perform no more than 70 air demonstrations in 35 cities throughout the nation. More than 280 million people in all 50 states and 57 foreign countries have seen the red, white and blue Thunderbirds jets.

Thunderbirds were officially activated June 1, 1953, as the 3600th Air Demonstration Unit at Luke AFB, Arizona. The unit was nicknamed the “Stardusters.” Their first aircraft was the straight-winged F-84G Thunderjet. The team transitioned to the swept-winged F-84F Thunderstreak in 1955. In June 1956, the team moved to its current home at Nellis AFB in Nevada and traded the veteran F-84 for the world’s first supersonic fighter, the F-100 Super Sabre. In early 1964, the team changed briefly to the F-105B Thunderchief, but after only six shows returned to the F-100. In 1969 the team transitioned to the F-4E Phantom and then in 1974 to the T-38 Talon, a more fuel efficient jet. In 1983 the Thunderbirds began flying the

Week 39 is photographer's choice. I've been trying to get a good picture of the Willow Cathedral for a long time so I had another go at sunbursts with added lens flare.

Im normal (well, ok kind of) and I am absolutely terrified of the future. But, of course, I'm really anxious for it to come (I mean like my young adulthood not just the future in general, I already know Im fucked in the longrun).

I dont now, I guess it's just been occupying my thoughts a LOT lately, especially with all these fantastic tests we get to take which basically determine how "smart" we are and whether or not we meet up to college standards. Im not very smart and I dont meet any human standards. I honesty dont plan on being these test peoples' definition of successful so I just really couldnt give a shit about them even if I tried, which I do. I know its a bad idea, that people will try to make me regret for the rest of my life, but after college I really think Im just going to live somewhere for reallllll cheap and make things, because frankly, that's all I can do. or teach but that would mean spending eternity in a school which doesnt exactly sound like a wonderful life plan to me.

If you actually read that, I thank you and Im sorry to waste your eyesight and time.

this is sooc besides the crop, by the way.

The High School trail was moody on this day with all the fog.

Sunrise over Taunton in Somerset.

Pancake and I had a blast playing in a dusting of snow this morning as she loves this cold weather. We had no problem navigating the many large snowplows out today in our Kentucky Blizzard. She did not see any squirrels or deer but as always, we saw the ducks. We did not see the Greylag goose out there but I'm sure he/she is around somewhere. We were grateul to be able to run around outside. We did see someone on the other side of the hill sledding with their toddler.

Now, yesterday, November 11, 2019 was a ldifferent story.

l. We were ordered to leave a BP Gas Market because "your service dog is not allowed in here". I offered to call the police but the lady behind the counter declined my invitation. We were low on gas. Reminder to self: Don't go back to that BP station (Shelbyville & Moser Road, Louisville, KY) without a copy of the laws in hand.

2. A Speedway employee so graciously asked "Do you know it's Veteran's Day?" Do you know our co-worker here is a Veteran?" I did not know he was and thanked him for everything. I did not reply to the "Do you know it's Veteran's Day" question. I was grateful so many individuals asked me that question yesterday. I also thanked them for the *privilege* of being *allowed* into their facility with my service dog to get crackers.

What I did not know was that there is caffeine-free Sprite that is diet (without the sugar). I erroneously bought regular Sprite which contains sugar and now I guess neeed to find someone to donate this sugared Sprite to. Sometimes we spend a little extra money in order to avoid Krogers, Meijer's or Walmart on most days. Hopefully I will be able to get off Coca-Cola and soda all together one day. We're doing the step-down method . So now we try tp avoid the sugar (and salt - "the new soda") and pretty much everything to be proactive with the hydrocephalus. Pancake does enjoy her jaunts in the park.

**************

Hydrocephalus::Hydrocephalus is the buildup of too much cerebrospinal fluid in the brain. Normally, this fluid cushions your brain. When you have too much, though, it puts harmful pressure on your brain.

Hydrocephalus can be congenital, or present at birth. Causes include genetic problems and problems with how the fetus develops. An unusually large head is the main sign of congenital hydrocephalus.

Hydrocephalus can also happen after birth. This is called acquired hydrocephalus. It can occur at any age. Causes can include head injuries, strokes, infections, tumors, and bleeding in the brain. Symptoms include

Headache

Vomiting and nausea

Blurry vision

Balance problems

Bladder control problems

Thinking and memory problems

Hydrocephalus can permanently damage the brain, causing problems with physical and mental development. If untreated, it is usually fatal. With treatment, many people lead normal lives with few limitations. Treatment usually involves surgery to insert a shunt. A shunt is a flexible but sturdy plastic tube. The shunt moves the cerebrospinal fluid to another area of the body where it can be absorbed. Medicine and rehabilitation therapy can also help.

We started work reweaving and pruning the willow cathedral. The weather forecast said "cloudy", but it turned out to be a very sunny day.

Hopefully I will remember to take an after picture.
