I found a roll of film from my 2022 trip that I misplaced in my fridge somewhere & didn't get it processed until some of my rolls from my recent trip.

Federico Fellini & Giulietta Masina would stay here whenever they went to visit Rimini. Fellini also depicted the hotel in Amarcord.

This was where George Lusk lived. He was head of the Whitechapel Vigiliance Committee during the Jack the Ripper murders, & was the recipient of the infamous "From Hell" letter which came with a piece of kidney.

Durward Street, taken while on a private Ripper tour with my friend Philip, who pointed out exactly where Mary Ann Nichols was found the night she fell victim to Jack the Ripper on August 31 1888.
She was found around where the street light is next to the Whitechapel tube entrance. The building in the background was there at the time.
This street was formerly Buck's Row, but in October 1892, it was changed to Durward Street after local residents were annoyed with sightseers & campaigned to change the name to try to disassociate it with the Ripper.

The building along the right is the old Whitechapel Washhouses facade, built in 1846, & just a bit further on was the spot where Alice McKenzie was found murdered in the early hours of July 17 1889. She did have some abdominal mutilations, but not as savage as the generally accepted victims of Jack the Ripper.

Durward Street, formerly Buck's Row, looking east toward the spot where Mary Ann Nichols became a victim of Jack the Ripper on August 31 1888. The spot where she was found is about where the street light is behind the tube station entrance. The building along the right side of the frame was the old boarding school which overlooked the spot at the time of the murder.

The arched entrance to Gunthorpe Street, which used to be known as George Yard.
On August 7 1888, Martha Tabram was found viciously murdered on the first floor landing on a building that used to stand on the opposite side of the street.
She may have been a victim of Jack The Ripper. I think she probably was.

This is the old mortuary where Elizabeth Stride & the unidentified torso found on Pinchin Street were taken to.
Its the original dilapidated building that became a nature study after it stopped being a mortuary, but it closed during World War 2 & hasn't been used since.

This house was the birthplace of filmmaker Pier Paolo Pasolini.
I went here in 2019 & it was covered in scaffolding. Sadly, on this trip in 2022, there was still some of it covered up.
