What does a nerd do when his beloved trackball dies after 7 years?
He buys two replacement units so that he won't be caught out again.
What actually happened was I ordered one from gocomp.com.au in Queensland who were affected by the recent floods, before I knew they were affected. The scroll wheel on my gaming mouse was giving me the shits (makes middle clicking hit-n-miss) so I searched for a local source and discovered that my local PC shop had stock at a reasonable price so I bought one from them. Of course the day after that my GoComp order arrived. :)
Not as sturdy as an Apple Bluetooth keyboard, and has a cheap rattle to it, but it types nicely and can switch between three different devices using the function key. I like it, although the build quality leaves a bit to be desired.

Si bien tuve que abonar us$125 por un teclado, realmente lo vale. Su calidad, terminación y características lo hacen el complemento perfecto para una PC para jugar. Incluye dos puertos USB traseros, varios botones programables, creación de macros, y docenas de funciones programables para uso de juegos y software. Además acepta la instalación de plugins, tales como Ray`s G15, bastante divertido y que permite al teclado retroiluminado estar al ritmo de la música que este sonando :P.
Su pantalla puede mostrar hasta los mails recientes, información del consumo de memoria y CPU, canción que está sonando, ecualizador, servers disponibles en distintos juegos, información importante del juego que estés ejecutando (siempre y cuando sea compatible con el modelo del teclado) y muchísimas otras cosas más ajustables a gusto del usuario.
Todas las teclas poseen retroiluminacion totalmente configurable, baja, media y alta accesible con un botón dedicado.
Y hablando de botones, no puedo dejar de hacer mención al "hold" que permite bloquear la tecla Windows, PERFECTO! para cuando estamos en plena acción y la presionamos sin querer.
Si bien estoy en etapas de pruebas, lo recomiendo sin dudas alguna; pero siempre y cuando hagamos uso de gran parte de sus funciones.
Ahora voy por el mouse G9. Cuando tenga todo completo voy a postear una foto del escritorio.
