I needed some pumping sounds in my 1968 Toyota Corona but didn't want to alter the car. I bought this great Logitech Boombox wireless speaker which has an internal battery and runs off 12v too. Better still, it's hidden. It streams mp3s from my phone wirelessly via Bluetooth. Sounds great too. Can you see it?

Converted into greyscale during post-processing. About the same setup as here but no natural light. Glossy bathroom tile beneath the mouse, white copy paper in front.
Strobist info: Nikon SB-400 on camera (I know, I know, the off-camera cord is on its way), aiming the flash forward, slightly up (15 degrees). Light bounces from the copy paper and nylon light cube wall.
