Our MacBook Pro served us well for seven years, processing thousands of photographs, but recently the screen stopped working, and it was time to get a new computer. Before recycling it we took a picture of the MacBook's logic board, which was still surprisingly clean, with hardly any dust on it.

The old electronic circuit board of a defunct sound amplifier.
It is a NAD design, it must be its logic that makes it look like a le Corbusier-type functionalist urban design maquette.
Playing with a 10 mm macro extension tube, which converts the good old Lumix 25 f/1,7 to a macro lens. Great fun.

In the words of "Cookie Monster" C is for Cookie, that's good enough for me!!!
Another of the regular cargo carriers at East Midlands Airport; AeroLogic is a little more intriguing in being a 50/50 joint-venture between DHL Express and Lufthansa Cargo, with their hubs at the respective carriers bases being at Leipzig-Halle and Frankfurt-Main respectively. Founded back in 2007, the carrier started operating their own flights back in 2009 when it took delivery of their first Boeing 777F, and its the only aircraft type in its fleet.
The operations of AeroLogic is also interesting; the carrier operates from 5 airports in Europe, although on weekdays the majority of their flights operate to Asia on behalf of DHL Express, whilst weekends sees flights diverging across the Atlantic Ocean to the United States where they are operated on behalf of Lufthansa Cargo.
Due to the unique nature of AeroLogic, the carrier's Boeing 777F fleet operate either in their mostly Eurowhite livery incorporating a grey underbelly, or they are in DHL's more striking yellow and red livery.
One of the 5 airports in Europe that AeroLogic operates from is East Midlands Airport, considering it is a major hub for DHL and its subsidiaries... The carrier for the S22 season operates 5 weekly flights all originating to and from Leipzig-Halle. 3S192/193 operates Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday whilst 3S194/195 operates Saturday only.
Currently, AeroLogic operates 20 Boeing 777s, all of which are Boeing 777F. AeroLogic have 6 more Boeing 777Fs on-order, one second-hand example and 5 brand new.
Alpha Alpha Lima Golf is one of 20 Boeing 777Fs operated by AeroLogic, delivered new to the carrier initially on lease from Deucalion Aviation Funds on 24th September 2010, now leased from BBAM since September 2011 and she is powered by 2 General Electric GE90-110B1 engines.
