The Globe Trading Company Building on the East Riverfront is to be redeveloped into a $15 million dollar residential building. The 146 year building will converted into 45 market-rate condos and 10,000 Sq. feet of retail space. Also the Tri Centennial State Park and Harbor Welcome Center will Be Located In this building.
Looking thru the wall of the loft and atic closet and into the bedroom. All these walls will be sheet rocked.

A petroleum trailer tank encapsulates private areas within this apartment on the fourth floor of a former parking garage. One section containing two sleeping pods is placed horizontally over the living room and is equipped with hatchback doors operated by hydraulic pistons, the second section is installed vertically housing two stacked bathrooms.
This image was taken on our first visit to Barcelona. It was in an area just off La Ramblas and it caught our eye because every time we walked past this building there always seemed to be a lot going on and each time you look at the image you can see something you hadn't noticed before.

Das Ziegelbauwerk, anfangs des 20. Jahrhunderts errichtet, wurde aufwendig saniert und präsentiert sich nun als Bürogebäude mit Loftcharakter. Der Blick auf die historische Stahlbetonrippendecke blieb großteils frei, sodass man noch die Weite und Größe der ehemaligen Backsteinlagerhalle spüren kann. Umbau 2006
