The stage left loft is full of black pipe cut to a variety of lengths. Most of it is labeled or sorted out together, leaving the dregs.

old apartments being renovated into lofts on underwood. There's a lot of development of loft/condo type buildings going on in the older parts of town. It's nice to see that some areas aren't being abandoned to slums and strip malls.
