Situated in Turkey, Levent Lofts was designed by Tabanlioglu Architects. The existing construction primarily started as an office building; the building is re-designed as a residence bearing the Loft concept. The long, thin building is located on a total 3.870sqm area, the front block consists of 11 stories above the ground floor, and the rear block is ground-floor +7 stories. Lofts are at various sizes and types; differing from 68 to182sqm; including duplexes; with terraces or gardens. The façade is perceived as an assortment of boxes; also, each unique module shall be distinguished from outside due to the curtain system, a range of colors and light will be reflected from inside, as a method of benefiting functional solutions for esthetics purposes.
This is a view taken from the kitchen looking at the ladder that gives one access to the loft. We plan to put a desk up there and turn it into a den/office.
East End Lofts is an all new construction of a 4-story condominium building with multiple roof levels. Along with the wall panels, our company also installed shingles and single ply roofing. The top story patios have a single ply system covered by rubber pavers allowing residents to enjoy an outdoor space. The corrugated wall panels bring an urban style to the building.

There was a vibe that I can't put my finger on that I loved about Bayou Lofts. I don't think it was the particular lofts although the second one was spectacular. The building just had a comfortable, homey vibe that felt right to me. I just think you click with certain places and I clicked with this space. Residences in Bayou Lofts are for sale.
From Houston Properties website:
The Bayou Lofts building was originally constructed in 1910 as the Southern Pacific Railroad Building. It wasn't until the late 1990's that 915 Franklin received a renovation and was converted into the Bayou Loft units featured today.
Despite the fact that there are 108 unique units in the building, each loft unit at Bayou Lofts boasts unique and vibrant standard features such as exposed brick, original tile hallways and hardwood floors.
