Sans most of the furniture, which is merely for illustrative purpose and size reference, this will be my live/work space in hollywood hills. my tech/post production office and garage on the ground floor, dining/kitchen/studio area on the main floor/2nd level, a lounge/workout space/guest bed on the mezzanine, and the master bedroom. two balconies, a tiny back yard thing, all hardwood from main floor up, and over 2500 sq ft.
come stop by for some shooting!
I just borrowed my neighbour's ladder to investigate the loft. It's huge!
Just think of all the unpacked boxes I'll be able to hide up here...

Entering the loft and looking to the left - unreal sight line extending through several spaces - note the proportion of the steps in the fixtures - area designed around living patters with coat rack, cubbies, shoe space and stool at the very entrance
While we're gone it will have 3 more trunks and a few boxes in storage, but still a great space for a bedroom. And theres a skylight.
These beautiful windows seats are found throughout the loft which is above the addon 3 car garage. Book lovers will enjoy the additional built in storage.
